We came with our 2-year-old child and were put on the waiting list. After waiting for 45 minutes, they finally seated us at the bar. We explained that sitting at the bar wasn’t suitable for us with a small child, and they said they would see what they could do. Then they told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes for a regular table. At that point, we agreed to just sit at the bar because we were already tired of waiting. We sat down, only to be asked to get up because they had already given those seats to someone else. We ended up leaving hungry, frustrated, and with our evening completely ruined. The manager handled the situation very poorly and was also extremely rude and aggressive. Very disappointing experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT A KOREAN BBQ! We waited about 20 minutes just to be asked if we wanted water, and after we finally started eating, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our grill changed even though it was completely black and covered with burnt residue. Meanwhile, I watched other tables get helped repeatedly while ours was ignored. Sadly, even our waiter who was supposed to be waiting on our table, took time to exclusively only serve the table across from us. The host also wasn't welcoming, I had to say hello first and even prioritized customers who came in after us because they were paying. The service was frustrating from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend this location. If you're looking for great Korean BBQ, go to PZK in the La Brea area instead. The staff is phenomenal, efficient, and the food is amazing!

This is my all-time favorite fried chicken in California so far. Here why? Consistency. Crispy Battered Perfection Wings fried to order each time! Bonus. Chicken is juicy! The Honey Garlic sauce doesn’t make sense to me how good it is but it is my favorite. I get my combo with white rice and Coke Zero. I never drink Coke Zero but for this occasion. I also order an additional honey garlic sauce to pour over the rice. It’s not cheap but you’re getting what you pay for - premium fried wings to cooked to perfection sauced with unique flavors. The batter is light and remains CRISPY from start to finish. No soggy sauced wings!

This place is a just a typical Korean BBQ place, nothing special. Food is good, place is good, except for the cleanliness of the cups/ glass. The very first time we tried this place, I ordered a soda; the drink was served with USED OR UNCLEANED cup. It has a lipstick mark on it. Tsk3! The city needs to check this place for hygiene and cleanliness. I guess need to report this.

First time coming and probably my last. Came here with a group of friends and it was packed. We waited for a bit, got seated and got to ordering. They start you off with a rice bowl, some sauces and condiments. I liked the ambiance but the waiter and servers were definitely overwhelmed because they would take a while to get to our table so we could order more food. We also ordered some drinks and they took forever to bring them out. We had to remind them like 2 or 3 times before we finally got them. And to top it off my drink was supposed to have alcohol but I couldn't taste it at all. My friend also ordered an alcoholic drink and you could definitely tell it had alcohol in it. So that was disappointing. We had to waive them down on numerous occasions so they could change our grill because it was smoking for way too long and it was hitting me right in the face. I'll be smelling like meat for like a week! You'd think they would change it out as soon as they see that it's blackened but we had to tell them. Also, my friend had to go up to the front desk on 2 or 3 occasions to ask for things we had ordered a while back. The quantity of the meat they would bring was ridiculous. It seem
